SHENG Zhongming

Sheng Zhongming has been engaged in macroeconomic research for nearly four years, with a focus on fiscal policy and domestic macroeconomics. He has a deep understanding of China’s unique fiscal system and policy orientation and is skilled at integrating fiscal operations with macroeconomic analysis. He has published dozens of papers and economic commentaries in academic journals and mainstream media. His research reports have been cited by media outlets such as CGTN, China Daily, Caixin, and Caijing. He has also undertaken commissioned research for the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and others.

Sheng Zhongming co-authored China’s Fiscal Policy Blue Book (2020) and China’s Government Revenue in Charts (2021).

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences.
