YU Fei specializes in in-depth research on China’s real estate market. Her Long Tail series has gained widespread attention in the industry and was presented to relevant government departments. Her research report, Why the U.S. Narrative of "Overcapacity" Is Wrong, has attracted interest from multiple international organizations. She has also participated in research projects commissioned by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Technology, and other government departments.

Yu Fei holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Central University of Finance and Economics.
